I have personally used Palm-Tech inspection software for my reports for many years. This is a great reporting program and very easy to use. Just as all software programs have a learning curve, once you learn it, it becomes easy. I've been using this for three years and I've gotten it customized to the style of inspection and report I want. There's many confusing things about the program, but once you get your head around it, it's fairly easy to use. Just remember to make changes on the desktop app, save the template AND library, and upload them to the cloud.
